Mental health is our emotional well-being as well as our social life, coupled with how it affects our lives and methods of thinking. In life, we all need to know the way we live our lives and how we take care of ourselves emotionally, socially, and psychologically. Most of us only know how to take our work seriously, forgetting the well-being of our lives.

Stress is something that can impact our personal lives and, if not taken care of, would affect the way we think and relate to the outside world. I have seen someone who worked from morning to night daily and without stopping or resting. The only food he loves taking in the morning is coffee. His wife had always forced him to eat, but then he somehow accused her of disturbing her. His life is just from work to house and house to work. He even takes unfinished work straight to his house to complete. He was making a tangible amount of money, as it was not his problem.

After two years, he broke down totally. He fell sick and was rushed to the hospital. I'm in the hospital; his doctor told him to always rest, which he agreed to. The doctor gave him a sleeping pill, and he slept throughout that day. He would wake up and eat and then go back to sleep. He did this for three days and became normal. Likewise, he resumed work, but this time he took caution as he had learned his lesson.

Mental health is something we must always take care of at all times, as when you fall sick, no one will tell you what to do before you start doing it.

Typically, we pass through difficult situations as well as stress. When you stress yourself too much, the result is health deteriorating. We need to take good care of our bodies just to keep our mental health on track. Loneliness can bring about bad mental health. It is best to always socialize with people just to make one feel relaxed and happy. Being moody can cause bad mental health. Emotionally, we just have to know how to control our feelings. The way we think a relate to the outside world.
I'm the type who always has these emotional feelings. So, to deal with this kind of feeling, I always mingle with those around me by playing ludo. I do use it to whirl away the time and to keep myself stress-free.

For some time now, I have been waking up so early just to take care of my kids before they go to school. My husband has been the one doing this act, but since he resumed his new job, I have always been stressed waking up so early. It has not been easy, and I guess this could deteriorate my health. Although it has broken me down, then I had to find a way to balance myself with the stress. When the kids have gone to school, I would go to my shop and sleep a bit when customers are not showing up. This alone made me balance my health. It has not been easy, but it is what I must do. Making this happen, I also had some customers who lived closer by. I would ask them to play ludo with me just to remove the stress out of the way.

When you fail to take care of your health, you would break down mentally. So,
Sometimes, I take a walk up and down my hilly street, pretending to be going somewhere else while exercising my body. When you stay at a spot too long, it can cause serious trouble to your health. To take care of this, I don't need anyone to give me a solution other than to take it upon myself to carry out the exercise.

To be sincere, I can't count the number of times I have taken care of my health mentally.
It is always best to take care of your health when you are emotionally down or socially detailed. Chatting up with those around you can make you feel at home. Most of the time, you might see someone who would solve your problems while chatting.
Our kids also are not left out. Bullying can bring about bad health to their parts. When someone keeps bullying them, they keep thinking, which would, in turn, weigh them down.
Do something to your health or else, it would be too late.
