So today I am going to be talking about a stressful 馃ス general CDS. I think I should first start by tell you CDS in this part of the world where I am serving is very very important. I know in a way that CDS is not just for attendance and all but this one is more like a DO or DIE affair.
Our new CDS president (Mr Steven) came onboard, and his first project was that he will like to fix a signboard for easy direction and identification that indeed corp member are in the community.

Today, being the market day in Adamawa state, JADA local government. We went out, Meaning every corp members in this particular local government, we all went out to solicit for funds towards this project. We all went according to our CDS group and then meet at a place in the market side.
At first we were finding it difficult to go out as corp to go and "BEG" for money, a suggestion was raised by my friend for us to contribute the sum of #500 each, and I oppose by saying I don't have but then I mean if everyone was willing to pay I mean, I would have dropped mine but no we went out to solicit for funds instead and guess people gave us listening hears probably because of our uniforms (I don't know)

Today being market day, there was lots of shops for us to enter but we were shy. People that understand Hausa among us are refusing to come forward to speak. But we pleased with them sha.
Furthermore, we went to a particular court to solicit for funds and of course we were directed to the management, which we had to introduce ourselves when we got there, they also introduced themselves to us, after talking to them about it, saying plenty English, we were asked to come back tomorrow, in my mind I was like hmmmmm.

In conclusion, after our outing, every one was exhausted and we pray that there won't be a next time.

They sha gave us refreshment(biscuits) afterwards.

Thank you so much for listening, I remain my humble self amazing01.see you next time on DAILY BLOG
Shalom 馃グ馃尮
