The Third Post

I think many new users start to get dissapointed on their third post.

The first post is a blast. They can use all the tags that alerts our members to encourage and reward the new users. We welcome them, wish them success.

Second post is usually less rewarded. Many comes by their friends and tag them and get some rewards but its a big fall from the first.

So what to do? Ask the proactive new user? Well our people are hard working, most decide to invest more in their content. They write more, add their photos engage and wait.

The engagement helps but the reasonable reward is still much less than the intro. It strikes them that there are rules they don't understand. That the effort is not linear to rewards. Some succeed to move on, make friends and keep posting. Many just stop.
