Off doesn’t always have to mean bad

When we're used to doing something frequently and we get caught up in life, we often think our skills have deteriorated, which is very likely to happen if it has been a long time spent away from this thing, but off doesn't always mean bad.
I've realized that with body building, when I take a couple of days off, which rarely happens, I always tend to come back stronger, and even have a greater drive to build my body, sometimes I come back with a different approach that serves my goals better, but the surprising part, sometimes I get back and lift weights that I couldn't just a week ago.
I felt this might be nothing but a bias, but I've heard a lot of legendary bodybuilders talk about that, so I was sure it's not only me who felt that.
One other example is when a couple of days pass without me writing, I tend to write better when I've taken a break from writing, and I often get this eye-opening experience that also makes me modify my approach, or do things differently in general, and I like what I write more which can likely mean, I write better content.
Because your mindset and purpose are the most important factors of success in your journey, sometimes this break helps you come back with a more resilient mindset and a stronger purpose. This is a friendly reminder to give yourself breaks often and not feel bad about it.
