Hi! Hello! What's up, my fellow Hivers! How are you? I am back again with another blog that will surely make your tummies go hungry.

Are you familiar with "Tuslob-Buwa?"
If not, this blog will be your pedestal for knowing the sumptuous and unique food here in our locality.

Here in Cebu, Tuslob-buwa is very famous. If you happen to visit Cebu, please try tuslob-buwa and you may share your thoughts here in Hive.

Anyway, the story why we were able to try and eat out in a Tuslob-buwa store or cafe (based on their store's name "Je Cafe") is because after the anticipated mass at 7 pm last Saturday, our tummies were growling in hunger. Right after the mass, we decided to just eat dinner and picked out whether to go to Jollibee (our favorite go-to eat place) or find another to try out some new things. Although, tuslob-buwa is not new for us since we know it and have tried it out already but, it's been months since the last time we had a tuslob-buwa session. So, we decided to go to the cafe just beside the church and ordered their unlimited tuslob-buwa for just only 199 pesos good for two person. Just wow, right!

My boyfriend has always been the one to cook so I just let him to do the honor of cooking. LOL! I was just there sitting beside him, waiting for him to finish cooking. As he cooks, I was capturing photos so I could share it with you. The first thing he did was to let the pan in heat.

After that, he put the oil and let it heat up too. After the oil heats up, he added the seasonings and the ground brain and ground liver of a pig.

Then, he mixed it up.

I don't know if this narration make sense to you but this is what really happened. LOL. Thereafter, he put a soy sauce and the broth. Then, he mixed it well.

Thereafter, you just need to mix and mix and mix until it becomes brown and somewhat sticky like this.

If it becomes brown and sticky, then it's done. Get the "puso", commonly known as the hanging rice. Peel it and scoop it in the pan. That's how you gonna eat and enjoy the sumptuous and unique tuslob-buwa. All you need to do next is to enjoy and eat.

Happy eating everybody!
