Hello everyone...

Having a hot soupy dish on a gloomy day is always good.
Yesterday was so gloomy in our place with some scattered rain showers, so I decided to cook a hot soupy dish. I asked my husband to buy a pack of fresh Japanese miki or pancit but it's not available, they only have Japanese ramen. So, I used it instead of fresh miki. Anyways, they both have similar taste, so either would do.
Here’s my hot and fresh pancit/ramen soup.

Wash the pork thoroughly and cut into small pieces or according to your desired size.
Wash the cabbage and bokchoi. Then cut the cabbage into strips, and as for the bokchoi, just cut the head part.
Peel and wash onion and then cut into strips.
Crush and peel garlic then cut into smaller pieces.
Wash and cut the spring onions and then cut them into small pieces.
Wash and cut bell pepper in strip size. Gently wash the fresh ramen then strain. Then prepare the rest of the dry and liquid seasonings on the table and set them aside.
