A Special Day with My Friends and Papo Rivera/ Chronicles - Prompt #19 (En/ Es)

In life, there are days that are truly special because you share them with wonderful people. Taking advantage of the new

, I started browsing my personal photo gallery and came across a day that was both very meaningful and fun.

The day we went to the Papo Rivera concert, my friends and my eldest daughter. That day we managed to all get together, which in itself was a challenge, because one of them was out of the country and was only visiting at the time, and the others, between one thing and another, couldn’t find a way to get together for a good get-together, and that day was perfect. The event was going to be held at a friend’s church that had invited us to attend, so we didn’t miss the opportunity.

The presentation was going to be in the afternoon, so we lined up early to get our event bracelets. I must say that we were all very excited, because this singer is one of our favorites. As soon as we got in, they showed us to our seats in the venue. There were a lot of people waiting for this great singer; meanwhile, we were taking photos to immortalize the moment.

I was very happy because I was spending a very special afternoon with my special people, and thank God we enjoyed it to the fullest. Because after that, a few months later my friend who was visiting returned to Chile, and another one from that group went off to Ecuador; I miss them so much, so right now I’m feeling nostalgic looking at these pictures.

But how great that we had such a blast that day, and here’s the proof: we sang along to every song this great man gave us. We even managed to take photos with him, and I was fortunate enough that he posted one on his social media—that really thrilled me, although I wish I’d been a bit more styled and made up, haha, because by the time my daughter and I got to take that photo with him, I’d already sweated and shouted thru all his songs, and it showed, haha. But it was a pleasure to do it.

And my friends, needless to say, they also enjoyed every minute of the concert. We all enjoyed those moments; we left exhausted but happy. It was a day to remember and reminisce about, so I’m sharing it with you, my friends, with great pleasure. Hugs!

En la vida hay días que verdaderamente son especiales, porque los compartes con personas maravillosas. Aprovechando la nueva

, me puse a revisar mi galería personal de fotos y me topé con un día que fue muy significativo y a la vez divertido.

El día en que fuimos al concierto de Papo Rivera, mis amigas y mi hija mayor. Ese día logramos reunirnos todas, que ya de por sí, eso era un reto, porque una de ellas estaba fuera del país y por esos días estaba de visita, y las otras, entre una cosa y otra, no lográbamos coincidir para un buen compartir y ese día fue perfecto. El evento iba a ser en una iglesia amiga que nos invitaron a asistir, así que no desaprovechamos esa oportunidad.

La presentación iba a ser en la tarde, así es que desde temprano nos formamos para que nos colocaran nuestros brazaletes del evento. Debo decir que todas estábamos muy emocionadas, porque este cantante es uno de nuestros favoritos. Al entrar de una vez, nos ubicaron en el recinto. Había mucha gente esperando a este gran cantante; mientras nosotras nos tomábamos fotos para inmortalizar ese momento.

Yo estaba muy contenta porque estaba compartiendo una tarde muy especial con mis personas especiales y que gracias a Dios lo disfrutamos al tope. Porque luego de eso, unos meses después mi amiga, la que estaba de visita, retorno a Chile y otra de ese grupo se me fue para Ecuador, las extraño mucho, así que ahora mismo me entra nostalgia al ver estas imágenes.

Pero que bueno que nos gozamos ese día y aquí está la evidencia, nos coreamos todas las canciones que este gran hombre nos brindó, logramos incluso tomarnos fotos con él e incluso tuve la fortuna de que el posteo esa foto en sus redes, eso me emociono mucho, aunque hubiese querido salir más peinadita y maquillada ja, ja, ja, porque ya para cuando logramos tomarnos esa foto mi hija y yo con él, ya había sudado y gritado todas sus canciones y se veía ja, ja, ja, pero fue un gusto hacerlo.

Y mis amigas, ni se diga, ellas también disfrutaron todo lo que duró el concierto. Todas nos gozamos esos momentos, de allí salimos cansadas, pero con gusto, fue un día para recordar y para rememorar, por eso se los comparto con mucho gusto amigos. ¡Abrazos!
