Greetings, friends of Hive and @weekendexperiences. Today, I am once again participating in this week's initiative, promoted by @galenkp, in which he presents us with several topics to choose from and express our opinion, and also allows us to learn about the opinions of other users on Hive.

It should be noted that when we talk about things that bother me, we are referring to those that are unpleasant and that affect us personally or collectively, and that are not easy to solve. As I have written in previous articles, one of the things that causes me discomfort and indignation is how the government and the Minister of Education are constantly imposing new requirements on education when they have no moral authority to demand anything.

One of these requirements is that teachers attend schools and colleges five days a week, when the salaries of professionals are pulverised, that is, we do not earn much. Imagine earning £1 every fortnight, with the rest of your pay consisting of a £120 bonus and £40 in food vouchers, but these do not count towards your salary. Imagine that a few days ago we received a month's bonus of £3.50, which is not even enough to buy a pair of socks.

Another issue is that some managers are willing to put pressure on teaching, administrative and manual workers, when the reality is that what we earn is not enough to cover our food expenses. Despite this situation, teachers continue to work, but the government shows no signs of increasing salaries. Instead, it demands more work and no pay, as if professionals did not make an effort to study and obtain a university degree and deserve a salary commensurate with our training.

Another thing that bothers me is that a few months ago, some people were arrested for manipulating the price of the dollar in the country through a website. All those responsible were imprisoned and the website was shut down. Now it turns out that on the website of the Central Bank of Venezuela, the price of the dollar rises daily, and it is even worse, which means that it is the government itself that manages or manipulates the price, affecting all Venezuelans, because in markets and shops the prices of products rise daily.

I hope you liked it, see you in a next post.
