Technically I'm a Dolphin but I keep steem on an exchange and some on steem-engine so my account appears as a Minnow.

What brought you to Steem?

SEO link building brought me to steem.

What was your first impression?

Way too user unfriendly to go mainstream.

How do you feel about the current state of Steem?

A lot of potential but we are lacking marketing and ease of onboarding.

How often do you use Steem applications/websites/etc?

I use the blockchain several times a day.

What is your favorite Steem Application and why?

Actifit because it is easy to use and keeps track of my steps.

What’s your favorite thing about Steem?

The ability to earn crypto and backlinks to my webistes.

What’s your least favorite thing about Steem?

The lack of voting by the power elite on plankton and minnow accounts.

How difficult/easy would you say it is to use Steem?

Difficult. The learning curve is steep for new members.

Would you recommend Steem to family/friends/coworkers? If no why not?

Not always. I have done it in the past but they receive no support from the community and fade away

That whales don't understand that they need to give away their votes in order to protect their investment.
