This sunday is extremely special .. why you ask??? The hive Learners creative Sunday Initiative is in full effect. Hello everyone welcome again to my space, I am coderaikiri a lover of music and in attempt to obey the prompt for the Sunday, I'll be displaying my creativity through the art music and to that I'll be performing an acapella to Listen up by Solomon.
I am still quite shocked how very little people know about this song when it is a gem with a massive replay value. First time I heard it I thought it was just a tiktok sound with one interesting verse and so I decided it might not be worth giving a try until I finally gave in to its temptation and have been grooving to the song ever since.

To be honest I can't really ascertain what the song actually represents. I don't know if it is a song about love, heartbreak, opening up or even a combination of all but one things for certain the artist wants the other person to listen up.
He literally starts with "told you not to fall in love with me If I won't give you everything you need". I guess he's admitting he is a flawed human but even with all his Shortcomings he knows it is not her fault he can't be everything she wants him to be but he'll try regardless.
The song is truly beautiful and I hope y'all give it a try.
