Over the years, there has been an effort through different ways to show what crypto and the blockchain can do for people. We have had those introduced to crypto assets, creating Hive acccounts, making posts or short videos on the platform. In the beginning you will observe that, the enthusiasm is there, however, the interest wanes after a couple of weeks. If you ask them why, the responses are most of the time "Crypto is too complicated" or "the time it takes to grasp all the many concepts is just too much.

This type of response is reasonable since learning how to post effectively on Hive, connecting with other users on the platform, and learning to post consistently takes time and patience. Recording videos and sharing them can feel like a lot of work, especially for a person who has no experience with editing or presenting to an audience before a camera. However, the same people who say they spent too much time on blockchain activity, spent hours every day on the other social media sites.

The thing is, they never see it happening, they scroll, like, comment, and share just to share but most times do without a plan to reap some benefits from it. Week to week the time passes, yet nothing changes, no new skills, no savings, no portfolio, no network of people who value their time, energy, ideas, and skills that results in some sort of reward. So while our screen time has become an opportunity for some people, to others it has become just another level of addiction in the digital world.

The truth is that financial freedom is not free. It requires consistent learning, incremental progress, and ongoing effort. Blockchain is open and transparent, it gives you access to open, fair tools, it is on you to take on the responsibility of consistent action. Whether you contribute by writing, or making some short videos, or making a small crypto investment plan, it is consistency over time that ultimately make the difference. Small, clear, and simple efforts such as, one quality post a week, or a short or just good videos a week, an investment into a stable coin account, is what help turn small acts into fruitful results. Time spent scrolling mindlessly could be time spent learning new skills.

Ultimately the difference between those who gain from the blockchain experience and those who just watch it go by is not access, it is action. The tools are in our hands right now; a phone, an internet connection, and a platform that has implemented ways to reward us for our time. The only difference is how we will spend them. Every piece you write, new skill you learn, and connection you make compounds over time. Financial freedom isn't won overnight but it is built in the quiet, consistent decisions you make every day.
