Today, I am sharing my favorite dinner recipe with you, which is both easy to make and delicious. I have recently started trying to lose weight. I exercise regularly and prefer to eat low-calorie food for dinner. Oats are a superfood for weight loss. I often eat this for dinner—it keeps me full and I don't consume too many calories. The name of this recipe is Oats Veggie Mix. This dish is high in protein and fiber, which helps in weight loss. Now, let's see how much weight I will lose. 1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium carrot, chopped

1 medium capsicum (bell pepper), chopped

1 cup boiled chickpeas

1/2 cup green peas

1 medium tomatoes, chopped

Salt, to taste

1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cubed

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

2 cups water
