Who Killed Harley Quinn?

The quick answer to the title question is apparently no one! Harley Quinn #23 begins with what appears to be her viewing. Matteo Lolli's artwork has Harley looking beautiful as she is resting in her open casket holding a bouquet of flowers with pedals scattered throughout the casket. She rises during her eulogy displaying her typical sick sense of humor. I love this girl! Apparently, the people in attendance are members of her newly formed cult, the Quintessentials.

Kevin, Harley's so-called best friend, walks into the event with food and is shocked by this mock funeral. Kevin, who already knew she was alive, had saved her after Harley came in contact with a Lazarus Pit. However, her resurrection might not last long as Robin shows up to put her down. The boy wonder feels her exposure could be detrimental to Gotham City.

After neutralizing Robin, she convinces him that she is not having any adverse effects. The question remains if there has been a change in Harley Quinn? After all, she has the type of personality to hide it. Harley has been an anti-hero, a villain and a vigilante. Which Harley is going to rise from this experience?

As these questions are being pondered, a hooded figure is torturing one of Harley's followers trying to get answers as to how she still lives. While it seems like I jumped into the middle of this series, writer Stephanie Phillips does an excellent job in piecing together this mystery.
