Hello to all my dear friends of @familyandfriends. It is a pleasure and a great joy to share again with you my experiences, anecdotes and pleasant family experiences. Today I want to tell you what was a pleasant afternoon, walking and touring the Traky Shopping Center.
In the last few days I have felt a bit overwhelmed by situations beyond my control. I tell you that my city has resumed the rationing of electricity, environmental and climatic factors feel more and more intense. All this, added to other aspects, has affected my health. So much so that I have had to pause in my chores and also limit the use of my cell phone.

So, that weekend we decided to go for a walk and walk around the mall. I loved it. Just walking through the aisles, in such a nice and beautiful environment; it was really comforting. Julito and I made a stop to rest a little after walking through each of the floors.
I took the opportunity to take some nice pictures and keep the memory of that day of walking, sharing a special moment, together and relaxed. The truth is that this atmosphere helped me to relax and was perfect to counteract the many things that, as a family, we have to assume and solve day by day. Let's enjoy and recharge to move forward. Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de @familyandfriends. Es un gusto y una gran alegría compartir nuevamente con ustedes mis vivencias, anécdotas y experiencias gratas en familia. Hoy quiero contarles lo que fué una tarde amena, paseando y recorriendo el Centro Comercial Traky.
En estos últimos días me he sentido algo agobiada por las situaciones que escapan de mi control. Les cuento que en mi ciudad se ha retomado el racionamiento de la energía eléctrica, los factores ambientales y climáticos se siente cada vez más intensos. Todo esto, sumado a otros aspectos, han afectado mi salud. Tanto asi que he tenido que hacer pausa en mis quehaceres y también limitar el uso del teléfono celular.
Por eso, ese fin de semana decidimos salir a caminar y recorrer el centro comercial. Me encantó. Solo el hecho se pasear por los pasillos, en el ambiente tan agradable y bonito; fué realmente reconfortante. Julito y yo hicimos una parada para descansar un poco después de recorrer cada uno de los pisos.
Aproveché para tomar una lindas fotos y guardar el recuerdo de ese día de paseo, compartiendo un momento especial, juntos y relajados. La verdad que ese ambiente me ayudó a relajarme, y fué perfecto para contrarestar los tantos cosas que, como familia, tenemos que asumir y resolver día a día. Disfrutemos y recarguemos para seguir adelante. Un abrazo y felíz dia para todos.
