Feeling a Bit Sick Today / Hoy un Poco Enferma

Woke up feeling a bit under the weather, maybe just a cold, but I'm taking care of myself and being responsible. So yes, today the mask is part of my outfit. Even if I’m not feeling 100%, I can still show up for myself and for others. A little tea, rest, and good vibes go a long way.

Hoy amanecí un poquito enferma, creo que es gripe, así que como buena psicóloga y persona responsable, decidí usar mi cubrebocas. Aunque no me sienta al cien, sigo cuidándome y cuidando a los demás. Con un poco de descanso, té calientito y buena actitud, seguro que pronto me siento mejor.
