FAMILY OUTING TO SAN FRANCISCO SQUARE [ENG/ESP]

Hello friends, I wish you a harmonious weekend 🌿. Today I’m stopping by to wish you a lovely family outing at none other than Plaza de las Palomas, located in downtown Cali. It’s a very busy square that draws a lot of attention because its main attraction is all the pigeons that perch there 🕊️.

Hola amigos, les deseo un armonioso fin de semana 🌿. Hoy paso por acá para desearles un lindo día de paseo en familia, nada más y nada menos que en la Plaza de las Palomas, ubicada en el centro de Cali. Es una plaza muy concurrida y que llama mucho la atención, porque su mayor atractivo son todas las palomas que se posan en ella 🕊️.

When we walk through it with children, they are always drawn to feeding the pigeons. The food is provided by the artisan vendors located in the center of the square. Walking through here with the kids is fun for me, because I buy them a bunch of corn, and the ladies who sell it give us a small cup where we can put the kernels to throw to the pigeons 🌽👦👧.

Al pasar por allí con los niños, siempre les atrae darles de comer a las palomas. La comida la proporcionan los vendedores artesanales ubicados en el centro de la plaza. Para mí, caminar por aquí con los niños es divertido, porque les compro un manojo de maíz y las señoras que lo venden nos regalan una tacita donde podemos echar los granos para lanzarlos a las palomas 🌽👦👧.

On this outing, I went with the whole family and took the opportunity to take a photo for posterity 📸. This square is located right in the center of the city of Cali and is also known as Plaza San Francisco. It’s a very fun place for the children, who enjoy running among the pigeons and feeding them. En este paseo fui con toda la familia, aprovechando para tomarnos una foto para el recuerdo 📸. Esta plaza está ubicada en todo el centro de la ciudad de Cali y también es conocida como Plaza San Francisco. Es un lugar muy divertido para los niños, quienes disfrutan correr entre las palomas y alimentarlas. Espero pronto poder repetir este paseo en familia.
