Perks of being an SME

Being a part of the support staff has both benefits and drawbacks. As much as I'd like to go into depth about the negatives, I'd rather discuss the benefits. lol
One advantage is that I am not accepting phone calls, and the second is that I can take a break whenever I want, go take sleep whenever I want, and I can simply sit all day doing call listening. The best part is that I get free coffee and doughnuts from my agents haha (bribe)

But, all kidding aside, I have access to all of the benefits listed above, but I do not abuse my position, and I like to be productive each day, which means I complete all of my work before my shift finishes. But I'll always be grateful to my CSA for providing me with that food since it keeps me awake and gives me the energy to work.
