早上,一碗黑芝麻鸡蛋羹,暖暖的,很适合冬天的早餐,照例从冰箱拿出一颗鸡蛋,触感是这个鸡蛋比平时大,然后有一种很强烈的预感:应该是一个双黄蛋,满心期待的将鸡蛋打到碗中,真的是双黄蛋!开心,加盐,滴几滴香油,加热水搅匀,撇除浮沫,洒一层黑芝麻,盖上保鲜膜,扎几个透气孔,上锅蒸十几分钟,吃的时候稍微淋一点酱油,开吃。手艺发挥的时好时坏,步骤都是一样的,有的时候鸡蛋羹有蜂窝有的时候没有,吃了一周了,还没找到原因

视频里说这个吃法对头发很友好,验证中,在抖音上刷视频买的洗发皂也到了,开始用起来,拯救头发我很认真,期待能够重新拥有一头黑亮浓密的头发,嫌弃头发太厚打理不好的日子已经很遥远了,这里有没有小伙伴有什么真实的成功经验分享分享?真的好希望能够像发现双黄蛋那样笃定,浓密的头发能再度回归

A warm bowl of black sesame steamed egg custard is perfect for winter breakfast. As usual, I took an egg from the fridge. It felt bigger than normal, and I had a strong feeling: this must be a double-yolk egg!
I cracked it into a bowl, full of hope – and it really had two yolks! I was so happy. I added a little salt, a few drops of sesame oil, mixed in hot water, took off the foam, sprinkled some black sesame seeds, covered the bowl with plastic wrap (and poked small holes for steam), then steamed it for about 10 minutes. When eating, I poured a little soy sauce on top and started.
My cooking isn’t always good. I follow the same steps every time, but sometimes the custard is smooth, and sometimes it has small holes. I’ve eaten it for a week, but still don’t know why.
A video said this way of eating is good for hair, so I’m trying it. The shampoo bar I bought from Douyin also arrived. I’ve started using it – I’m serious about making my hair better. I hope to get thick, shiny black hair again. The days when I hated my hair being too thick to take care of are long gone.
Is there anyone here who can share real success stories? I really hope I can be as sure about getting thick hair as I was about that double-yolk egg.
