Today i would like to share the recipe of Bread Omlette Recipe, Indian style bread omelette, simple add chopped onion and Green chilli, add a drop of milk beat it to make fluffy. Having Bread omelette is healthy breakfast, even when you are too lazy to Cook anything for you. There are various ways of making Bread omelette, but this simplest and made with less ingredients recipe. Even you add More veggies or cheese to make it more healthy and Delicious.

Ingredients📃
• 4 tbsp of butter.
• 4 Eggs.
• 1 chopped Onion.
• 3-4 Chopped Green Chilli.
• 1 tbsp of red chilli powder(optional).
• 2 tbsp of milk.
• Pinch of Black Pepper.
• 2 tbsp of Green Coriander Leaves.
• Salt to taste.

This is the first time I have ordered Eggs from Blinkit and I was really impressed after seeing these Eggs, they were absolutely clean and genuine eggs had company seal on them. Usually I borrow eggs from local vendor of my city which is not good at all and is also dirty one. I will always order eggs from Blinkit only.

In a bowl, break the eggs, 'm taking one egg only but you can add two eggs depending on your diet.

Add the chopped onion,green chilli, salt and red chilli powder.

Beat Untill Frothy.Whisk everything well with a fork until the mixture is fully combined.
Tip - add 1 tbsp of milk can be added to lighten the batter, making the omelette fluffier.

Heat the Pan, add the butter, Roast the Bread from the Side untill it get Golden brown in colour.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and swirl it around to spread it evenly.

If you are adding two eggs, then immediately add another slice of bread on it. pressing gently so the bread absorbs some of the egg.

When omelette is set from the bottom of the side, carefully Flip the omelette,Press gently with a spatula and cook until both sides of the bread are nicely toasted and golden brown.

Your Bread omelette is ready to serve,paired it with tomato sauce or Green Chutney depending on your choice.
