Monomad : When the Sun Bids Goodbye to the Himalayas
3 comments

Jispah village is a small and beautiful village located in the Lahaul valley. The height here is about 3600 meters. To reach here, take a bus from Delhi which will drop you at Manali bus stand in about 12 hours, the bus will cover a distance of about 600 km. Then from Manali, take a bus to Darcha or Leh in which you have to cover a distance of 93 km, it takes about two and a half hours to cover this distance.
And after covering this distance, a person reaches Jispah which is a unique village of the Indian Himalayas, I have been coming to this village every year since 2012. This time when I went here in June, we stayed here for two days and believe me these two days were very wonderful.
Well, the secret of the photos in this post is that it was evening and the sun was about to set, the last rays were ready to say goodbye to the earth on the high mountain peaks. I took advantage of the opportunity and clicked some great photos in about 20 minutes and have edited them in Lightroom and presented them to you.
Of course these photos are black and white but they look very magical even in color. If you see them in color, they look very spectacular, the orange light looks very beautiful in the photos. I hope you liked this post.
This is my entry for #monomad challenge.
