Shakshuka Ingredients

Eggs --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2
Tomato Chopped -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2
Tomato Paste ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Cup
Onion -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1
Chopped Garlic ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Cloves
Black Pepper ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Tsp
Salt ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tsp
Crushed Red Chilli ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tsp
Oregano -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tsp

Method

 Saute onion in oil till brown
 Then add chopped garlic and brown it
 Now add chopped tomatoes and cook it

 Add tomato paste, oregano, black pepper powder, salt and red chilli flakes and cook it

 After the gravy is cooked make space for two eggs and cover the pan for ten minutes.

 At the end sprinkle oregano and green coriander leaves
