I have been craving "Taho" for so long. It was a year ago when I last ate "Taho". With the pandemic, even now with the restrictions getting lighter, I have not noticed "Taho" peddlers in our place, unlike before there were who regularly visited us around 6:00 in the morning.

By the way, "Taho" is made with silken tofu sweetened with brown sugar syrup, and with Tapioca pearls that enhanced its texture. It is served warm that's best in the morning. But it is still good and comforting to eat any time of the day.

And for a long time I have been craving this food, I never expected that I would be seeing it on my vacation in Boracay Island. I was like a happy kid then giggling with excitement as I was approaching the vendor. So For the days that I had been staying on the island, I dared not to miss "Taho" in my early walks on the fine white sand at the beach.

Finally, after the longest time, it was a craving satisfied.
