Sublime Feelings to Start a New Week

Wow, last week was so intense! It's remarkable that the holidays are long gone and work life has fully recovered its rhythm these past few days. There were many problems and misunderstandings, something that has always surprised me, because my job is in music, but where there are people, there are definitely problems, and if not, they just make them up. The good thing is that Sunday always arrives, a sublime day of rest and reflection. I always recharge on my day off, go to church, watch movies, take photographs of my surroundings, and sit down to write posts like this one where I let my ideas flow and use them to identify what I can improve for the coming week...

This Sunday, nature gave me a visual spectacle; there's nothing like visiting the park and being surrounded by diverse colors, the sound of children playing in the distance, and the caress of the breeze on your face. Moments like these unwind you from being locked in large rooms with other people, and the day is even more special if you go out with the right person—in my case, my wife. Starting Monday, we'll have a very intense week; in fact, that first day will be the most powerful of the week. The rest of October will bring a variety of emotions for us.

I know there are people around me who don't take advantage of the weekend to clear their minds by connecting with nature. In fact, it's something that surprises me a lot. Now, I feel it as a necessity. But at the same time, I have the maturity to know that everyone can deal with everyday life in their own way. For many, spending the day playing video games is often just as liberating, but those of us who go for walks in the park or hike know there's something magical about physical activity, and that's evident in these photographs. There's so much out there waiting to offer us its best, like the simple warmth of the sun's rays after sunrise, or the wonderful colors in the sky before dusk.

There's something else worth noting about Sundays, and that's that there's enough time for everything. I wake up later in the morning, there's time to organize and clean, go out for a bit, come back and watch movies. I don't know, maybe it's my feelings of peace that make Sundays so sublime. I'm ready to take on this new musical week. The good thing is that beyond any inconveniences at work, we're making music for God, the most beautiful, holy, and sublime music that could exist, worthy of being performed in the Vatican itself, and that always calms the waters. God's presence in what we do is a great way to maintain peace 🙏To project peace to the world you must first have it within yourself... Thank you for reading and supporting my post. Wow, la semana pasada fue muy intensa! Es muy notable que las vacaciones quedaron muy atrás y que la vida laboral recobró todo su cause estos días. Hubo muchos problemas y malentendidos, algo que siempre me ha sorprendido, porque mi trabajo es musical, pero donde hay personas, definitivamente hay problemas, y sino, entonces los inventan 😅 Lo bueno es que siempre llega el Domingo, un día sublime, de descanso y reflexión. Siempre recargo energías en mi día libre, voy a la iglesia, veo películas, tomo fotografías de mi entorno y me siento a escribir publicaciones como esta donde dejo fluir mis ideas y las uso para identificar qué puedo mejorar para la semana que comienza...

Este Domingo la naturaleza me regaló todo un espectáculo visual; no hay nada como visitar el parque y rodearse de diversos colores, el sonido de los niños jugando a lo lejos y la caricia de la brisa en el rostro. Momentos como este te desconectan de estar encerrado en grandes salas con otros personas, y el día es más especial si sales acompañado de la persona correcta, en mi caso, mi esposa... Desde el Lunes tendremos una semana muy intensa, de hecho, ese primer día será el más poderoso de la semana. Lo que queda del mes de Octubre traerá diversas emociones para nosotros.

Me consta que hay personas en mi entorno que no aprovechan el fin de semana para despejar su mente en conexión con la naturaleza, de hecho es algo que me sorprende mucho, y es que ahora lo siento como una necesidad, pero a la vez tengo la madurez para saber que todos pueden lidiar con el día a día a su manera; para muchos pasar el día jugando video juegos suele ser igual de liberador, pero quienes salimos a dar paseos en el parque o a subir la montaña sabemos que hay algo mágico en la actividad física, y eso se nota en estas fotografías. Hay mucho allá afuera esperando para ofrecernos lo mejor, como el simple calor de los rayos del sol luego del amanecer, o los maravillosos colores en el cielo antes del anochecer.

Hay algo más a destacar de los días Domingos, y es que alcanza el tiempo para todo. Me levanto más tardes en la mañana, hay tiempo de organizar y limpiar, salir un rato, volver y ver películas. No sé, quizás son mis sentimientos de paz los que hacen que los Domingos sean sublimes. Estoy listo para asumir esta nueva semana musical, lo bueno es que más allá de los inconvenientes que pueda haber en el trabajo, estamos haciendo música para Dios, la música más hermosa, santa y sublime que pueda existir, digna de ser interpretada en el mismísimo Vaticano, y eso siempre calma las aguas. La presencia de Dios en lo que hacemos es una gran manera para conservar la paz 🙏 Para proyectar paz al mundo, primero debes sentirla dentro de ti...
