Hello my dear coffee loving friends, I hope you are well, it is always motivating to pass through this beautiful community, where we share our love for coffee and the moments lived by its side.

These days drinking my coffee, its aroma so rich and special brought back beautiful memories of my childhood, when I went on vacation to the countryside where my mother's family lived, I was a little girl and I enjoyed the countryside, the sunrises, the sunsets.

I remember that very early in the mornings my grandmother would brew the coffee in the fire of a wood-burning stove, set up a pot where she put the water and added the ground coffee and let it boil and waited for it to rest and served it hot, It really had a unique and special flavor, between the smell of firewood and field, that flavor was super special, how much I would give to relive those pleasant moments, which were captured in my mind and my heart.

How I would have liked to have photos of those moments, to show them in this publication, but I only have the memories that came to my mind with its aroma and the company of my cat, that day I felt very nostalgic, how much I would give to relive those beautiful moments.
