Hi Hive Lovers

These are some photos of the dramatic events of the Aceh Tsunami that occurred on December 26, 2004, which were immortalized at the Aceh Tsunami Museum.

If you visit there, you will also see other photos depicting a cataclysmic event that has killed more than 200 thousand people and destroyed the city's entire infrastructure.

I took some photos that are displayed on one of the walls of the museum. They show it in large size and I have made it in black and white.

For some people including myself, black and white photos always produce something different, especially from the point of view of feeling that a black and white photo conveys compared to a color photo. In my opinion, although not all black-and-white photos can show this, this black-and-white community has really grown in that direction. Especially the photos related to our human side.

We were recalling the human tragedy of the 2004 Tsunami that we experienced and left bad memories of it. But, behind every tragedy, there is always a new hope.

Here are 4 photos of a small part of the tragedy for us to watch together and I also accompany with color photos for you to compare:

There is always a new hope behind every calamity experienced by mankind. If you visit our city, you will never know that there has been a great disaster here which has become an international disaster and became the concern of the whole world at that time. You will only find out clearly and in detail what has happened here by visiting the museum.
