What are waves:
Short form content (up to 255 characters) - similar to X tweets, are called waves on the @ecency application. Users can post waves through the ecency app (if they click on the second icon ♒︎), directly through the ecency waves app, or using the desktop version of Ecency!

For Mobile Users
- Download the Ecency Waves mobile app and create a wave (an one-line text post with an image).
Whether you use iOS or Android you can use the app!
The Ecency Waves app is available both in Appstore & PlayStore
Click on Get and after it is installed open it and follow the below steps
- Log in using Hive Keychain
- Click on the + to create your first wave! (Tip: Waves with photos receive more attention)
- Engage with other waves in the platform. Like, Comment, Share, Save!

For Desktop Users
- For desktop users, log in to Ecency and make a wave.
- Visit
- Click on login
Select your preferred method to sign in (Hive KeyChain is recommended)
Click on waves on the top left side of the website
image Take a few moments to check out the platform. You are here:
- Write your first wave!
You can upload a photo, use an emoticon, or even upload a poll!
- Click on Publish it and you are done!
