Time is the most important thing in human life. At every level of life, man basically follows the dictates of his body clock. What researchers call circadian rhythm. This is a cycle of 24 hours, where the physical and mental condition of how a person will spend these 24 hours is obtained from the body. Researchers say, if you want to be successful in life, it is important to understand the body clock as well as apply technology on it.

Circadian rhythm is a cycle of the human body clock that regulates human physical, mental, and intellectual activities throughout the day. However, this circadian rhythm varies from person to person. For example, some people's day starts early in the morning, while some people's day starts in the mid-afternoon. Some people get tired after noon, while some people feel more energetic late at night. These are basically body clock cases.

Generally, the human body clock can be considered in three ways. There are some people who are very active throughout the day. Another group may be active late into the night. There is another category between these two.

Humans perform their tasks best when they are aligned with the body clock. In scientific terms, this is called the synchrony effect. Regardless of the class and profession of a person, his activity and success depends a lot on the body clock. The more the individual synchronizes the task with his body clock, the higher the success rate.

Scientists have found that people who are more in tune with their body clocks are more active, alert, and able to stay focused longer at work. Their memory is much better than others. Because of this, they can remember very well what they have to do in their working life. Apart from this, their attention is not distracted much during work.

Not just for maintaining attention, slowing down, or increasing performance, this synchrony effect plays a major role in human intellectual activities such as influencing, reasoning, and decision making. Researchers have found that people with body clock alignment tend to be rational, skeptical, and analytical. They devote more time and effort to assigned tasks. They are more likely than others to search for any important information. As a result, such people can make good decisions in any situation, they are less prone to bias and they are more advanced in identifying potential risks.

However, people will become fully successful if they keep pace with the body clock, the matter is not like that at all. For example, the body clock has little to do with the tasks we have to do on a daily basis, such as remembering someone's phone number, recognizing someone's face, being able to identify a place, cooking a favorite curry, etc. However, many of our physical and intellectual functions depend on this body clock. Again, the effect of this body clock can be different from person to person.
