We already had a couple of International break since the beginning of this season. This particular one seems like the longest of them all.

I know the reason though.

Liverpool had a bunch of distasteful run of games before this International break. We even lost 3 games in a row. So, I just decided to step away from football news during the last two weeks.

I have never been a fan of International break. However, this time around, I couldn't complain especially if this break will help Liverpool players to find their mojo back and improve their performance.

It sure helped because most of these guys had solid performance while playing for their country. Cody was scoring and getting assists. Salah was on point for Egypt. Ekitike had a solid performance with his French teammates... The list goes on and on!

Now, the International break is over!

Club football is back again and it's time to watch Liverpool do their thing. Hopefully, we will get a good run of games this time around and win all our games while putting up very solid performance.

Liverpool's first game after the International break will be a super Sunday game against Manchester United. That's a very good test for Arne Slot's squad and our performance in that game will be a game changer.

I particularly expect a superb performance from Salah despite him having a poor start to the season. That's why I decided to activate my Triple Captain chip on him.
