War, starvation, suffering — what can be done biblically?

Thank God, it is always a pleasure to share the word of God, which teaches us a lot that has to do with the word of God. Hence, on that note, we are taught how to organise and do things with wisdom, knowing fully well that every day is an opportunity to explore. Meanwhile, it is always our duty to take charge of every day just to do the work of God, which we know pleases him. Hence, it all means that we shouldn't waste our time but utilise it well.
So with what Apostle Paul said, we ought not to waste time, but we have to do the needful, which has to be done wisely, while trying to be productive, which we ought to know these days are evil and we ought to be careful with what we do and the people we associate with, so it is all good; we know that there is opportunity, but it might be limited at some point, and that is the reason we need to use our time wisely and do what the commandments said.
