With England, France and other EU Countries Moving to Ban Civilian End to End Encryption.. Does the Inbuilt HIVE Account Key Encrypted Memo/Message Function put HIVE at Risk of Becoming Illegal?!

Working on some electron.js implements of a project and had briefly read somewhere the EU is starting to ban end to end encryption (which is fucking terrifying) under the guise of national security or some other horse shit... Given HIVE has inbuilt end to end encryption capabilities will this in turn put HIVE on the INTERPOL radar and have the blockchain banned in countries cracking down on freedom of privacy communication? I wonder if running a witness server in EU countries cracking down on encryption will end up being some sort of felony?

Honestly with the way shit is headed the WEF is going to disarm us, spy on us, choke out our economies and try and kill off the middleclass.. If they start cracking down on encryption are you the type to double down and just get more sneaky? Or will you bend the knee and let big brother read all you do over your shoulder at all times?

All witnesses (Not jsut top 20 but including all below) need to start thinking about this stuff a bit more and getting ready to move infrastructure to friendlier grounds if and when an encryption ban comes down and makes operating a HIVE node illegal.
