Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This post is another simple dish my wife cooked for me and her. It is a food cook from ingredients picked in the home garden. During the rainy season, my family and I have bamboo shoots for cooking many times. My wife can use bamboo shoots from our home garden in curry, stir-fry, boiled or spicy salad. This time is spicy boiled bamboo shoot salad.
Mostly we picked bamboo shoots from the home garden and pickle or boil them. After about 3-5 days, my wife uses the bamboo shoots for cooking. In addition to the bamboo shoots that my wife picked from the home garden, this dish also ginger leaves and bird's eye chilli that she picked from the garden to cook.

garlic
fermented fish sauce
pork flavour seasoning powder

How to cook for spicy boiled bamboo shoot salad : Chop the boiled bamboo shoot, ginger leaves, bird's eye chilli and garlic and add them in a bowl.

Then add fermented fish sauce into the bowl.

Then season with pork flavour seasoning powder. And stir with all ingredients in the bowl.
