Some time ago I was very enthusiastic about urban cycling. I always rode alone around the city, or very rarely with some friends. Then I no longer saw it as mere entertainment, but as a means of transportation, and because of the constant use, I got bored.

These days I was on a hill, taking pictures, and I met a group of cyclists, not really urban cyclists, but extreme cyclists.

In Naguanagua, Venezuela, there are mountains and hills that are ideal for this sport. As I was going up, I saw how the cyclists were going little by little, and then going down ramps, doing tricks, and more.

I couldn't miss the opportunity to capture these enthusiasts, who somehow encouraged me to start riding again.

Hace un tiempo estaba muy entusiasmado con el ciclismo urbano. Siempre andaba solo recorriendo la ciudad, o muy pocas veces con unos amigos. Luego ya no lo veìa como mero entretenimiento, sino un medio de transporte, y por el uso constante, fui aburriéndome.

En estos días estaba en un cerro, tomando fotos, y me conseguì a un grupo de ciclistas, no propiamente urbanos, sino extremos.

En Naguanagua, Venezuela, hay montañas y cerros que son ideales para este deporte. A medida que subìa, veìa cómo los ciclistas iban poco a poco, y luego bajaban en rampas, haciendo trucos y de màs.

No podìa desaprovechar la oportunidad de capturar a estos entusiastas, que de alguna forma, me animaron a volver a rodar.
