Yesterday, March 8, International Women's Day was commemorated and activities were carried out everywhere to remember this important date in the history of our society. I know that as women we have been conquering many spaces that historically were occupied only by men and that fills me with happiness, but we must not stop in our fight to achieve equality day after day. To celebrate this, I had the opportunity to share the afternoon at an event where some women shared their experiences in the cryptographic world, encouraging us to continue gaining ground in this area as well ❣️.

Ayer 8 de Marzo se conmemoró el Dia Internacional de la Mujer y por todas partes se realizaron actividades para recordar esta fecha tan importante en la historia de nuestra sociedad. Sé que como mujeres hemos ido conquistando muchos espacios que históricamente eran ocupados solo por hombres y eso me llena de felicidad, pero no debemos detenernos en nuestra lucha por lograr la igualdad día tras día. Para celebrar esto, tuve la oportunidad de compartir la tarde en un evento en donde algunas mujeres nos compartieron sus experiencias en el mundo criptográfico, impulsándonos a seguir ganando terreno en esta área también ❣️.

This event was organized by the Binance Argentina community, one of the most important exchanges for trading cryptographic assets. I found out about him through social networks and I did not hesitate to sign up to participate, I like this type of experience and more if it was about learning something new. The meeting had the theme of 'Women in Crypto', but some men also attended, although they were the least 😅.

Este evento fue organizado por la comunidad de Binance Argentina, uno de los exchanges más importante para comercializar con activod criptográficos. Yo me enteré de él a través de las redes sociales y no dudé en anotarme para participar, me gustan este tipo de experiencias y más si se trataba de aprender algo nuevo. La reunión tenía la temática de 'Mujeres en Cripto', pero también asistieron algunos hombres, aunque eran los menos 😅.

All this was done in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, in a place called CrypStation. It is a crypto-themed cafeteria: this concept surprised me a lot because I did not know and it was very striking. The place had some hammock style chairs, a menu with sweet and savory food and even screens where you could see the bar graphs of some currencies. Due to the event, each attendee was given a drink that you could exchange for whatever you wanted to consume during the talks 😊.

Todo esto se realizó en Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, en un lugar llamado CrypStation. Se trata de una cafetería con temática cripto: este concepto me sorprendió mucho porque no conocía y era muy llamativo. El lugar tenía unas sillas estilo hamacas, un menú con comida dulce y salada e incluso pantallas donde podias ver los gráficos de barras de algunas monedas. Por motivo del evento, a cada asistente se nos regaló una consumisión que podías canjearla por lo que quisieras para consumir durante las charlas 😊.

Regarding the speakers, they were three women who told us about their experiences in the crypto world. The three of them were encouraged to venture into this world like all of us I think, with many doubts at first but they took a risk and it went well. Today they are independent consultants who are in charge of guiding others in their finances and they motivated all of us to continue studying on the subject and learning about risk taking. It must be very productive to know how to analyze price charts and all that, maybe at some point I'll study it 😅.

Con respecto a las disertantes, ellas eran tres mujeres que nos contaron sus experiencias en el mundo cripto. Las tres se animaron a incursionar en este mundillo como todos nosotros creo, con bastantes dudas al principio pero se arriesgaron y les fue bien. Hoy son consultoras independientes que se encargar de guiar a otros en sus finanzas y nos motivaron a todos a seguir estudiando sobre el tema y aprendiendo sobre la toma de riesgos. Debe ser muy productivo saber analizar gráficos de precios y todo eso, quizás en algún momento lo estudie 😅.

When the talks were over, the cafeteria offered us food and drink again, all for free. It was a great gesture because we were able to share a good moment and socialize with the other people who attended the event. There were also games and raffles where some people could win extra prizes. The truth is that everything was quite well organized and fun, it was a very valuable and enriching day ❤️.

Cuando las charlas terminaron, la cafetería volvió a ofrecernos comida y bebida, todo gratis. Fue un gran gesto porque pudimos compartí un buen momento y sociabilizar con las demás personas que asistieron al evento. También se hicieron juegos y sorteos en donde algunas personas pudieron ganar premios extra. La verdad es que todo estuvo bastante bien organizado y divertido, fue una jornada muy valiosa y enriquecedora ❤️.

This was the second in-person event related to crypto that I attended, after our beloved

. It was fun talking with people who are in projects similar to ours, I was able to learn about some other blockchains that I hadn't heard of and visiting a new place. I am glad that these people dedicate themselves to this with such affection and that every day there are more who take the benefits of cryptocurrencies to improve their quality of life. I also liked knowing that women can hold relevant positions in this industry: that will always be inspiring for everyone ❤️.

Este fue el segundo evento presencial relacionado a cripto al que asistí, después nuestro querido
. Fue divertido conversar con gente que está en proyectos similares al nuestro, pude conocer sobre algunas otras blockchains que no había escuchado y de paso visitar un lugar nuevo. Me alegro que estas personas se dediquen con tanto cariño a esto y que cada día sean más los que toman los beneficios de las criptomonedas para mejorar su calidad de vida. También me gustó saber que las mujeres pueden ocupar cargos relevantes en esta industria: eso siempre será inspirador para todos ❤️.
