Come and join me to go FORAGING together behind my REMOTE
in our OWN up the mountain 🏔️ in the far NORTH.I found a great spot where you can find a lot of CHANTERELLE MUSHROOMS, BLUEBERRIES 🫐 and RASPBERRIES 🍄🟫
Guess what, I went back into our forest many many many times to forage some more 😋 during the season and have cooked with them 🥰
These captures are from August last year 2024.

I will follow the time stamps on them. So it looks like you are experiencing my on this to 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 everything what I saw, like the little seen through my eyes.
Entering the forest in about 10 minutes I reach the first spot where I found Chanterelles. It is close by a little stream coming off the mountain. 🌳🌲🏔️
I only harvested the biggest ones and let the small
grow further for picking later.Look how beautiful they are 🥰

Zooming out you see that some smaller ones are around this larger
. Hidden little treasures 🤩 between the vegetation and mosses.
Walking deeper into our forest we reach an area that has abundant chanterelles. I took these photographs to find the spot again after the first time I discovered them. After a while I could hike right up to it 😊
This fallen tree marks where to walk up the elevation…
Around the tree in the middle, where the purple 💜 arrow points at, is the biggest spot in our forest to find chanterelles 🍄🟫🍄🟫🍄🟫
Walking up we see loads of them… golden… and shiny ✨
I was happy after finding this spot. As nobody walks in our forest… so I am the only one that goes foraging in it 😎
They look good and their colour makes for them to be easily found and stand out on the forest grounds.
I must have been eating every other day chanterelles during last autumn, as there were soooo many of them. They kept growing and growing, until the snow covered them on November the 1st. ☃️
Some more little ones… for next time 😊
On this day I found a whole bowl full with goodies: BLUEBERRIES, RASPBERRIES and of course some CHANTERELLES 🥰😋
Such beautiful colours.
I had to clean them once inside but they were almost impeccable to start with.
Oh I was soooo spoiled with the food that our forest provided for me last season. 😊 One of the things I for sure will miss…. No, let’s not think about that yet.
…and here I say that’s all for today’s post my friends.
Join me next time for more , , and 😎👋🏻
