Hello everyone! This is @lorene08 back again with another exciting blog to share!!

August is the month where Filipinos celebrates the National Language Month or what all of us Filipinos called as Buwan ng Wika. It is the month where we show different cultures, historical events and to promote and honor the country's languages, something like it encourages us all to use and cherish or show appreciation for our languages.

The school celebrated its 2025 Buwan ng Wika on the last weekdays of August which is August 29,2025. On this day which is Friday, we didn't have any classes at all. We had an all grade 12 students and teachers mass which was held at our school's covered court which started 10 am until 11:20 am.

After eating lunch, I just had a quick tiktok dance session with my friend(since grade 11)which was a really good dancer. We were really waiting for the event to start, we thought it will immediately start at 1 pm but guess what y'all, it started by 3 pm. The covered court and the students that were inside the classrooms immediately went out and watch the event.

Teachers were lining up since they will be walking at the center then will go at the stage, their outfits are very nice some of them even made a lot of effort then there were also foods at the back part which are only for the teachers and other facilitators for the event. It started with a doxology/worship dance then followed by the boyscouts for the Philippine National Anthem and our San Remigio Hymn. The event which is Binibini at Ginoong Wika then started, it was the highlight of the event that day. I was so excited for Euniq which is my best friend and also Gian, both of them represents the STEM strand for the SHS and then the rest of the SHS strands has their own representatives too.

I was so mesmerized by Euniq, I mean she's beautiful but it was my first time seeing her wear makeup, she became more beautiful and the fact that she's wearing a hair extension, same goes to Gian too! They also have a Bayani Look Alike. Then we also have a presentation from the SRNHS dance troupe(and they never disappoints when it comes to their dances and moves🔥). There were a band who sang some songs too from SPS students(JHS).

When the time comes for the top 5 to be chosen, we got a little bit nervous but we are sure that Euniq and Gian will be in the top 5 and guess what... we were right. We were shouting our lungs out because we were so happy. Since our classroom is in the 3rd floor, we immediately went down to watch the Q&A part and girllll, both of them slayed the Q&A and that time, we were sure that they will be the winners.

The event continued even if the time was so late, it was 5:30 pm already and some of us from the g12 STEM were still there shouting and supporting them. We were so noisy that time and chaotic too😭😭

And yes we were right, the hailed Ginoo at Binibining Wika 2025 were Euniq and Gian!! And for the Bayani Look Alike 2025 was from the STEM in grade 11! It's a win-win situation for us!!
