Hi everyone to all of you Hope you guys all are well welcome to also my another blog of my most favourite and famous dessert which name is Kisa khawani or peshawari kheer. This is second time I try this dessert and this time it makes more delicious than one. I want to share with all of you my today dessert. I prepared it for lunch time cravings 🤤. The process and ingredients are very simple. Let's start.

Ingredients

       One kg milk 

       Two rusk 
      
       Two tablespoons dry milk 

      Green cardamom 

      One cup sugar 

    1 cup boiled rice 

    Coconut 

Process

First I took one kg milk put it in the wide pan for boiling under midum flame.

At the other side I boiled rice then I put them in the blender jug also added two rusk two tablespoons dry milk half cup also liquid milk and cardamom. Then I grind these ingredients in the jug and made paste.

When milk boiled then I added this paste that I grind in the milk and mixed well it and cooked.

At the other side I melted sugar in a frying pan for caramel then I added also this caramel in the milk and again cooked.

I cooked until the bubbles seems above and it turns out in the thick form. I dish out in a bowl spread coconut then put in the fridge for enjoying the more delicious dessert. Everyone liked it and enjoyed.
