Friends must have consumed anchovy, this fish is usually produced by fishermen on the beach which are obtained from local fishermen. In Aceh, there are a lot of anchovy processing places and various other salted fish. Even the results of their products have been sent to various countries.
First of all, to produce anchovies requires workers of 5 to 10 people depending on the area of land for drying anchovies or anchovies, they take fish from the results of the fishing ladder at sea and the results of traditional trawling, then they clean first from sand dung and from mucus, then the small fish is boiled so that the fish feels soft when doing drying.
Well ... after boiling then sprinkled salt so that the fish feels salty, for the drying period itself reaches two days, it also depends on the conditions and the weather that supports when drying. This is where they need energy that can withstand the heat of the sun during the day until late afternoon.
Fish that have been dried in the sun are then dipped into a box to be sent to a shelter before being sent to another country. This anchovy has a strong sale, besides the many requests by the local community, there are also several companies to accommodate the fish for ready-to-eat cuisine.
Have you ever felt that anchovies that have been prepared are ready to serve? Usually, anchovy is processed with sambal because it is the most delicious food when we taste using rice, you can try to prove it, for sure you will be addicted after trying it.
But there are few obstacles if the supply of anchovy is not caught by fishermen, especially during the bright moon so that the income of fishermen is reduced or even not getting at all, they are forced to wait for days until there is a fish supply.
