Today. Check-In

I missed a day of writing.
The day before yesterday.
Tonight it's already late.
I'm in bed.
I'm tired but extremely satisfied with
and enjoying this tired
I worked hard today
I dug a ditch with a post hole digger type shovel
For the first time since i cut off a third of my left big toe
Doing that same thing
This time all of my toes remained as they were
When i began
I hauled five wheel barrows of wet heavy sand
About two blocks... 1 + 1/2 ?
I hurt
And i love this kind of pain
There is so much to do
And today i feel capable
