My Actifit Report Card: June 26 2025

Hello everyone! 👋 Gone to the supermarket yesterday, must move quick at least before lunch time when it's still dry outdoors. And of course, mindful that I needed to conduct a class as well.

Had this quick fix of a pineapple, cheese, ham sandwich with this cucumber, lime drink in a diluted pineapple juice for lunch. 😋
