How to Make Cornmeal with Popcorn Kernels

I was surprised to find out that cornmeal isn't really a thing in many parts of the world. While it is very cheap and found in pretty much every grocery store in the States, that is not true in many other countries. If you find yourself without cornmeal for whatever reason, you can easily make it at home, provided you do have popcorn kernels. Granted, actual cornmeal that is sold is not made from popcorn kernels it is made from dried field corn. That can be harder to get than normal popcorn kernels, so here we go.
