Hello #Needleworkmonday This Wednesday, I want to share this cute crochet project. A ladybug keychain🐞. This morning, I was browsing YouTube and saw this video of this crocheted insect. I liked it, so I looked for the materials, but I didn't have any red yarn, so I left it for later. I went out to accompany my daughter to her internship. I took advantage of the opportunity and went to an Asian store and bought three colors of yarn: red, yellow, and pink. Here are the details of how I made it.

Un llavero de mariquita🐞, hoy en la mañana hice un recorrido por YouTube, y vi este video, de este insecto tejido, me gustó, busqué el material, pero no tenia hilo rojo, entonces lo dejé para mas tarde. Sali a acompañar a mi hija a las pasantias. Aproveché y fui a un comerciante asiatico y compre tres hilos, rojo, amarillo y rosado. Paso a dar detalles de su elaboración.

Step by step//Paso a paso

Materials//Materiales:

Red yarn
Black cotton thread
Crochet hook No. 4 and No. 2
Wool needle
Black sequins and beads.

ESPAÑOL

Hilo estambre rojo
Hilo algodón negro.
Aguja crochet Nº 4 y Nº 2
Aguja lanera.
Lentejuelas y mostacillas negro.

Abbreviations//Abreviaciones:

ch: chain(s).
mp: half point.
mpa: half high point.
pad: double treble crochet.
pat: triple treble crochet.
aum: increases.
dism: decrease.
pa: high point.
pr: slipped stitch.

ESPAÑOL

mpa: medio punto alto.
aum: aumento.
dism: disminución.
pa: punto alto.
pad: punto alto doble.
pat: punto alto triple.
pr: punto deslizado.

Process//Proceso:

Body.

Red. Needle No. 4.

Magic ring, 10 puffs of 3, pr. Tie and cut thread.
Repeat previous process to obtain another similar piece. Tie and cut 20 cm of thread.
Join both pieces together on the right side with sl st, pr. Tie and cut thread

Head.

Black color. Needle No. 2.

Insert black thread, make 3 puffs of 3, pr.
Make antennae with black thread 3 chs,
Embroider the central part with the wool needle and black thread.
Sew 3 sequins on each side.
Glue on movable eyes.
Attach the keyring with pliers.

Color rojo. Aguja Nº 4.

Anillo mágico, 10 puff de 3,pr. Anudar y cortar hilo.
Repetir proceso anterior para obtener otra pieza semejante. Anudamos y cortamos 20 cm de hilo.
Ambas piezas se unen por el derecho con mp, pr. Anudar y cortar hilo

Cabeza.

Color negro. Aguja Nº 2.

Insertar hilo negro, hacer 3 puff de 3, pr.
Hacer antenas con el hilo negro 3 chs,
Con la aguja lanera e hilo negro se borda la parte central.
Se cose 03 lentejuelas a cada lado.
Se pegan ojos moviles.
Con las pinzas se instala el llavero.
