Weekends are like rainbows; They look good from a distance but disappear when you get up close to them.

Hello there HIVE friends, let me share with you our usual Sunday itinerary.

Weekends are a valuable time for our family. A time when we can create precious memories with our kids. In my case, Sunday is also a working day. As a School Teacher, one of my ancillaries is being the Designate School Canteen Manager. Part of this job is to purchase goods for the School Canteen. And purchasing these goods can only be done by me on Sundays because I have other priorities on Saturdays.

Today is the month of November yet the spirit of Christmas is evident at the entrance of the store.

What do I need?

So I need to find a place where I can fulfill my ancillary duty and my duty as a parent. That is why we always come here to Prince Warehouse Bogo City to purchase our groceries and for the school canteen.

But before getting inside the store, we are going to play first in their small play area to have some fun and create good memories with our kids.

Though they have a 9-year age difference, still they enjoy each other's company. Here you could see them enjoying the swing.
Kuya was swinging patiently just to satisfy his sibling, while the little one was giggling with joy and asking his Kuya to swing faster.

The next stop is the merry-go-round. Both were enjoying the ride as it went faster and faster until the baby asked Kuya to stop because he got dizzy😅.

Tatay and baby are enjoying their company while Kuya is having his Me time😄

The last stop👇 Baby's favorite ride.🥰 The bouncy horsey. Giddy up, giddy up he goes.

After the splendid bonding moments, it is time to eat. Beside the playground are food stands. Unfortunately, I was not able to take some photos because I was so hungry and busy getting our orders. (LOL)

And now we're ready to get inside the store.

Garments area.

Here you can find clothing with different styles for your outfit, your husband, or your children. In other words, for the whole family.

Plasticware area for your kitchen and all. Here you can find buy-one-take-one items. A little savings has a lot of impact on our budget.

The grocery area. Here you can find all the groceries you need at a chipper price.

As you can see, the place is not as luxurious as other shopping centers. The floors are not tiled. it has no ceiling but I love to do my shopping here every Sunday for a couple of reasons:

  1. It has the lowest price for groceries compared to other shopping centers here in Bogo City.
  2. Merchants are the majority of shoppers here to purchase goods. So the place is not crowded.
  3. Here, I didn't get worried about losing sight of my playful and youngest son.
  4. Most importantly, this is the only shopping center here in Bogo City that has a little playground where we can spend time together as a family with a few food stands to eat when we are hungry.

That is why for me, it is the perfect place to go every Sunday.

Always take some of the play, fun, freedom, and wonder of the weekend into your week and your work.
