The Best Pochero in Cebu City, Philippines - Ekit's Food Haus!

If your are a Cebuano, you surely know about Ekit's Pochero since they are one of the oldest selling pochero in town. And even when I asked my other friends in the neighboring provinces, I was surprised how familiar they are with this restaurant!
Then I started searching on the internet because amongst my circle of friends, I was the only one who haven't gone to Ekit's. I do not fancy eating pochero because only a few can cook it really tender and tasty. My curiosity went over the moon when I actually searched a lot of reviews about them which was posted in 2015, 2013 and even on 2012!

Oh yeah, they do not just sell pochero. They have a variety of menu you can choose from and the serving portions are huge for a very affordable price!
There is no way we should not try it. So after the long wait at the BIR office, we drove to Kasambagan - Ekit's Food Haus!

When we arrived, I was famished even if it was still around 10'oclock. The place smelled really good! And the food look so scrumptious! I could not mind my diet plan when I was there! A single cheat day won't probably hurt. I just have to run a few lapses to shed the extra Calories off. And ofcourse I have my Actifit Fitness Tracker on my phone to really track my activities! So I head on and ordered Pochero and my ever favorite Dinuguan!

I almost forgot taking this photo because I was so ready to dig in! Their pochero is indeed the tastiest I have ever tried in my entire life! It is so tender and savory but not salty. They even broke the bone for you to easily scoop out the mouth-watering bone marrow! The diniguan is also very good! They had indeed prepared it very well. I just can imagine how much work and patience they have put into their cooking. They were already open as early as 8 in the morning and they said they had to prepare the night before that in order to accommodate all the customers!
Their humble place could not even equate to the numbers of customers they serve to! The place might quite hard to locate but because it is already popular, a lot of people will be glad to point you to the right direction. They are located at Villa Aurora, Kasambagan, Cebu City which is just at the back of Sarossa Hotel.

Their food is surely loved by many! And count me and husband in to that long list of their happy customers!

And if you got no time to go to their place, then a Delivery via Maxim is the best option for you. As stated on their Facebook Page, you can book a delivery via Maxim so you can enjoy hearty meals at your home or at your office!

By the way, this is my first post in this community. I am looking forward to seeing more of the community members' posts here, too. Have a Happy Easter you all!
