Hello friends on hive my name is OviPraise. I welcome you to Open mic week 284. My entry for this week is an Hausa song titled “Ga shi na” (Here he is) by Keastrings cover by Ovipraise. This is an Hausa song that expresses the promise of God to mankind. The Lord God says where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there. That now means any gathering that is not in the name of Jesus, that gathering is of the devil. For every gathering of the Lord, miracle happen, chains are broken and such gathering will always be fruitful. In the wedding feast where the wine finished and people were stranded, his presence change the situation. Jesus turn water to win even such that it taste better than the former. When Jesus is in the midst of his people, there will be no lack. Make Jesus the center of all your meetings, and be rest assured that all will be there. Imaging if Jesus was not in the boat with his disciple, when the encounter storm it would have been a different story today. God’s presence in a man’s life will calm every storms of life. Moses say if won’t go with me, do not send me. He understood the importance of the presence of God in his journey with out which he would not succeed. May we not take a step in life without Jesus. Amen
