A new supervisor of an army's paratrooper corps does a monthly inspection and asks one of the instructors:
“How do you handle new members who are hesitant to jump out of the plane during training?”
“Sir. I'll kick them out of the plane, sir!”
“How could you possibly think that's a good thing?! From now on, you must handle this matter more carefully and delicately!”
“Yes, sir!”
The following month, at the review, the supervisor sees that instructor again and asks:
“Are you following the order to be more delicate to the new recruits?”
“Yes, sir! I put a soft cushion under my boot!”

Un nuevo supervisor del cuerpo de paracaidistas de un ejército hace una inspección mensual, y le pregunta a uno de los instructores:
— ¿Cómo maneja a los nuevos miembros que dudan en saltar del avión en el entrenamiento?
— ¡Les doy una patada para echarlos del avión, Señor!
— ¡¿Cómo se le ocurre que eso es algo bueno?! ¡A partir de ahora debe manejar este asunto de una manera más atenta y delicada!
— ¡Sí, Señor!
Al mes siguiente, en la revisión, el supervisor ve de nuevo a ese instructor y le pregunta:
— ¿Está cumpliendo la orden de ser más amable con los nuevos reclutas?
— ¡Sí, Señor! ¡Le coloqué un cojín suave a mi bota!
— ¿Cómo maneja a los nuevos miembros que dudan en saltar del avión en el entrenamiento?
