Is Dax Paragon a glorified Time Mage in the Splinterlands Battle Challenge?

I must say that I adore the new Splinterlands Weekly Battle Challenge dynamics, which feature more epic/legendary cards and less... dragons! I don't have Drax Paragon in my deck, which is one of the Epic cards, but this is not a problem. He is a glorified Time Mage, after all (IMO)

Growing up in a mansion filled to the brim with the greatest of possessions, Dax was a spoilt youngster. He was the kind of affluent, fancy young person. Dax was frequently left on his own while his parents conducted their business. Dax received his sizable inheritance when he was mature enough to start his own branch of his family's business, which he dubbed Dax's Consultations. He led a quick, luxurious,and wealthy.
He was sought for by the Chaos Legion and even had a meeting with Silas of the Rift. This is the account of how he came to serve as the most potent monster in the Splinterlands' advisory board.

With Amplify at level one and Affliction at level five, Dax is an epic Life card that was included in the Chaos Legion expansion. It is a low-cost mana card that can help the entire squad.
