is the wallet that web3 deserves, owned by a community, not a conglomerate. The Taho community believe that web3 should be accessible to everyone and owned by users just like you.

It Taho I found an fully decentralized alternative to MetaMask, making it safe and easy to connect to DeFi and web3. There are no hidden fees and it is 100% open-source.

Even if MetaMask claims to be decentralized, it looks heavy centralized after users from Iran and Venezuela were restricted from accessing the service. What started as connectivity issues with Ethereum transactions for the users in those countries was later confirmed as a restriction from Metamask

is an old friend, being probably one of the OG users. I have my wallet since it was called Tally Ho, back in July 2022. Back then I was impressed by the early layer-2 support, NFT integrations and the planned addition for EVM chains. There are token airdrops rumors since then and the Subscape launch amplified them!

Subscape is a web3 map control game linked directly to Taho governance. It brings together some of the gamer's top choices, such as the Curve Wars, Settlers of Catan, MMORPGs, Fortnite-style progression systems, and OG cyberpunk. Everything is mixed into a brand new coordination game for web3.

The play2govern experience was built to be our way station into the decentralized web. I signed for the Beta Waitlist Early Access and I waited to become eligible.

Subscape is the asymmetric game of settling a mysterious Island on the Net and competing for emissions. The map is the place where communities can compete for engagement, allegiance, and prizes. Individual users can play the field of opportunities available, and earn experience.

The island contains 24 Realms/subDAOs, and the nomads may become Citizens of a Realm. They will complete quests to earn experience, and they will share emissions four time a year. The larger a Realm is by staked assets ... the greater share of emissions it receives. The more XP you earn as a citizen... the more emissions they can claim.

... and after weeks of wait... I reveiced the email. I was among the privileged few who were invited to join the adventure. I was one of the beta users, and got a sneak peak of the game. Post-Beta, Taho will be updated to help users track active quests and alert them when Subscape events such as sieges, $XP drops, etc will happen.

I got some basic ideas, and understood that the fewer participants there are in your Realm, the more $XP you can earn. Also the more testnet $TAHO you stake... the more $XP you’ll earn.

My computer is quite old, and took a while for Subscape to load. I joined the zkSync realm, and staked my testnet $TAHO in there. Unfortunatelly the season ended few days after, and I am now waiting for the next gaming period. I am looking forward to the post-beta game, and why not... for the $TAHO airdrop.
