Rolling Tokyo dreams - Flipping over Tokyo Crepes

Recently there's this cute, normal looking lil mini van that appears in the town. So I decided to have a look that attracts the crowds over some time before. Ah it is the Tokyo Crepe that the locals like a lot. Let's check it up shall we?

Let's have a grab on something. Menu is show over the counter. With affordable price start from 20 baht - 50/60 baht depends on your toppings.

The boss aka Tauke making it fresh upon order. Just looking at him makes me thinking how he's doing it seriously for his customer.

By looking it makes me feels so satisfied after looking on the balance creamy crepe dough on the hot pan.

Next is with some butter as base and eggs on it. Wait few sec for it's to be cooked up.

Up next is floss and chestnut. Hmm is it a weird combo?

Lastly, Chili sauce with mayo were added.

Here's mine. This is what I got. Crispy at the start and flavorful at the end ( middle area ). It also can customized your favorite accordingly.
