"One Of The Many Best FILIPINO Dessert That is Crave For Many ;The Famous MANGO FLOAT"

Hello wonderful people of Hive Food! Hello beloved Hiver’s! How was your day? I hope all is well and that you are happy despite the inflation. Ohhh wait!. Is there inflation in your place or your country? Are we only the ones suffering from this inflation? Well, I am glad that despite the Inflation we still can afford to buy for our cravings. For today’s blog, let me share with you all my craving’s for MANGO FLOAT. I am craving a Mango Float dessert,so I went to the market and bought all the ingredients. Then I washed the mangoes and put them inside the refrigerator to chill, including the Kremdensada, then rested for a while by taking a nap. When I wake up, I go down to the kitchen to make my dessert. To my surprise! My Mangoes are gone!. Then I saw the mangoes skin on the garbage can. I know who eats my mangoes, Yes! My two daughters eat my one kilo mangoes.I go back on the second floor and knock on their door and ask them about why my mangoes are all gone? Yes, they told me that they eat it. I went back to the market and bought two kilos of Mangoes this time but right after I arrived I asked them to help me make the Mango Float to make sure it would not be postponed again this time.
MANGO FLOAT
Ingredients:
One kilo of Ripe Mangoes
One can of Kremdensada(chilled)
One pack of Graham crackers
One pack of Graham crushed
Procedure:
*Wash the Mangoes well.
*Chilled the Kremdensada overnight.
*Slice the mangoes and make into cubes or your desired shape.
*Removed the Mangoes meat.
*Arranged the Graham crackers in the tupperware or any moldings.
- Open the Kremdensada and transfer it to the mixing bowl
- Beat the Kremdensada using two fork or better used a handy mixer until it is well combined.
*Put some mangoes on top of the crackers.
- Spread some Kremdensada on top.
*Spread some crushed graham enough to cover.
*Soak the Graham crackers on the Kremdensada.
- Make another layer.
- Repeat the process and your last layer is your mangoes topping.
- Chilled overnight for a better taste.
Other versions of mango float used CONDENSED MILK and a creamer but for me Krendensada is enough. Kremdensada is a combination of Condensed Milk and a CREAMER. This recipe really satisfied my cravings for Mango float. If you do not try this yet; then it is time now to try and enjoy this famous desert in the Philippines.
This recipe is very quick and easy to make but it is very tasty and this is very loved by many Filipinos. Now that it's Mango season, Mangoes supply are high the price is low so I grab the opportunity to make MANGO Float. This dessert is mostly present during special occasions especially during Christmas or new years eve. I am blessed and thankful to God for his abundant blessings to my family. For providing us all our needs especially for good health, guidance ,protection,wisdom and for all our foods.
Mango graham is also love with foreigner's who visited Philippines and tasted it. You can used any variety of mango for MANGO Float but the best mangoes for MANGO float was the Mango de Cebu also known as Mangga Carabao. Mango de Cebu is known for its sweetness and popular for export. This is also made into dried Mangoes and this is the best variety for mangoes in the Philippines.
