Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all. I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. I will discuss apple with you today scientific data, and my personal experience will also be discussed. In the beginning, I want to speak about science. Apple is scientifically known as Malus domestica. It is a part of the Rosaceae family and has been described as one of the most popular fruits worldwide. Apples contain vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, fiber and potassium. They are highly essential in maintaining body fitness. The antioxidants of apples are used to help the body to combat the illness and fiber enhances the digestion. Secondly, apples are very useful in maintaining blood cholesterol levels.

It is considered that eating apples daily helps to avoid heart diseases, control diabetes, and make the body feel fresh and long-lived according to research. Its natural sugar acts gradually in the body, hence, it does not elevate energy in the body with rapidity and then lower it back. At this point, I want to share my experience. I am fond of eating apples ever since I was a child. This I find especially when I eat an apple when I have nothing to fill me in in the morning, I feel light all day and my mind is good. Several times, I am not in the mood to eat a large meal because I am always busy and therefore, an apple satisfies my stomach and provides me with the power to work. I have also observed that when one consumes apples on a regular basis, it aids in digestion and keeps the body healthy.


The other experience is that of the teeth. The consumption of apples keeps the teeth clean, as the fiber contained in it cleanses the dirt that has been deposited on the teeth. There are red, green and yellow apples that are available in the market. The reason why I personally prefer red apples is that they are juicy and sweet. But the green apples are also very sour and good in digestion. Lastly, I would like to mention that an apple per day is actually a good thing to the body. I have personally enjoyed the benefits of it, and everyone must form the habit of consuming apples on regular basis. 🍎
